The Craft
I have been building digital presences since before "personal brand" was a phrase anyone used. As the first Director for New Media of the Office of the President of the Philippines, I built the country's official digital communications strategy from scratch — learning firsthand how institutions, ideas, and individuals show up online when the stakes are high.
That experience compounded over two decades. Yellow Boat of Hope went from a single Facebook post to CNN, Al Jazeera, and TEDx events — not because of a PR strategy, but because the story was true and told well. The same principle applies whether you are a social entrepreneur, a school, an SME, or an individual trying to own a space in your industry.
Today I apply everything I have learned — across platforms, across sectors, across audiences — to help others find their story and build the digital presence that story deserves.
