Where two markets meet.

Singapore has the capital and the institutions. Davao City has the growth, the land and the talent. Sannex Ventures is the Singapore-incorporated corridor integrator between them — originating projects in Davao that Singapore can invest in, and carrying them from feasibility to delivery.

Why this corridor

Two cities that need each other.

Singapore capital is looking for growth markets. Davao is looking for partners it can trust to bring that capital in well. The opportunity on both sides is real. What has been thin is the connective tissue.

Singapore investors expect clean governance, bankable structures and a counterpart who speaks their language. Davao projects need someone who knows the permits, the land, the partners and the people who actually get things built. Very few teams are fluent in both.

That's the gap Sannex Ventures was built to close.

What Sannex does

A corridor integrator, not a generalist adviser.

Sannex doesn't wait for deals to arrive. We find and shape projects in Davao, match them with Singapore capital and companies, and stay on the ground until they're delivered.

OriginateIdentify and shape investable projects with Davao counterparts.
MatchBring Singapore investors, operators and institutions to the right table.
DeliverCarry projects from feasibility to execution with one integrated team.

My role

Building bridges is the work I've always done.

As CEO and Founding Director, I lead Sannex Ventures and its consortium. I hold the corridor thesis, originate the projects and build the relationships on both sides, with Singapore institutions and companies and with Davao's public and private sector.

It's the same pattern I've followed for twenty years: as the Office of the President's first Director for New Media, in building the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation, in university innovation labs, and now through Kenzo AI. Make a possibility accessible, build trust on both sides, and design the system so it keeps working without one person at the centre.

Davao is also home ground: I studied at Ateneo de Davao University.
